Men's Wednesday Night BasketballFitness, Health and WellnessAdult men are welcome to come and play recreational basketball on pickup teams. It’s a great workout and builds cardiovascular efficiency. This program is on-going throughout the year. Please be advised that for safety reasons, unsupervised children are prohibited from attending adult sports activities. Feel nature’s fractals, sounds, and sensations reduce your stress and anxiety, and enhance your focus. Give yourself permission to slow down and connect your senses to the healing beauty of our metro area’s green forested spaces. Guests should wear boots/shoes, clothing/gear appropriate for weather. Walk will be held in the rain, but not thunderstorms. Please wear/bring mosquito/tick repellent and sunscreen if desired. Please bring water if you would like to have some available throughout the walk. DAY OF WALK: Please arrive at walk location 15 minutes prior to walk to allow for check in and walk overview.
