Please register for the waitlist - Laker Learners provides academic support for students through private and semi-private tutoring sessions. Help is available in all subjects with support from licensed teachers or non-certified staff. Students also build organizational skills and participate in enrichment activities, all in a welcoming, supportive environment. Please register for the waitlist by choosing the best tier option to fit your student’s needs — and watch their confidence grow! Once a tutor is assigned you will be confirmed and charged the fee for your selected tier. Project L.A.K.E.R. (Learning. Achievement. Knowledge. Empowerment. Responsibility.) Project L.A.K.E.R. is a free tutoring program for K–8 students, led by Prior Lake high school volunteers in the Junior Optimist club. Students receive help with homework, academic support in all subjects, and encouragement in a positive, inclusive environment. High school mentors provide guidance, track progress, and serve as role models. Within a week of signing up Community Education will reach out with a google doc in which we will ask what days you plan on attending.
