Lakers Preschool Child Care and the Laker 3s Program are branches of Kids’ Company, offering care for our youngest learners.
Kids’ Company offers quality child care options before and after school, full-day programming on most non-school days, and extended care on early release afternoons. Kids’ Company is located in all elementary buildings, serving K-5 students.
Elementary Choir will be held before school on designated days at each Elementary School.
The mission of the middle school musical is to introduce students in the cast and crew to theatre. This includes the understanding of the process of a production and the realization that EVERY part, no matter how big or small, is essential to putting on the best performance possible!
REGISTRATION AND FEES
The registration fee includes set supplies, royalty fees, advisor fees, a t-shirt for each student and more. If you are cast, you must register for CAST (NOT TECH CREW). If you are not cast, you may NOT register for cast. You must be registered and paid by Friday, October 25. You will not receive a script if you have not registered.
No student will be prevented from participating because of financial needs. Scholarships are available so please contact Community Education at 952-226-0310 if you are in need of assistance.
PRODUCTION
Annie Jr. is presented through special arrangement with Music Theater International. All authorized performance materials are also supplied by Music Theatre International.
CAST ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibility of cast is to attend rehearsals and to try their best!
TIME COMMITMENT
Rehearsals are on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:15-3:30 pm in the Twin Oaks Auditorium. Students will only be required to attend if they are on the calendar for that day. If a student cannot make a rehearsal, please have parents send directors an email. Students will not be excused during the week of the show and the week before tech rehearsals (2/3-2/15).
