    Everyone loves cake & cupcakes! Learn how to bake your own cakes and cupcakes, make your own buttercream frosting and fill your frosting bags, fitted with various frosting tips. You will make boxed mixes and from scratch recipes and have a blind taste test to see which you like best! Decorate various fun designs and themes for different special occasions. Try your hand at some fondant work and other ways to embellish your creations to create a variety of adorable cupcakes! On the last day, you will show off your newfound knowledge by planning out how to decorate your own cake that you will bake yourself using different techniques that you learned in class throughout the week! Learn the art of cake decorating right from a professional cake decorator. You will go home each day with your scrumptious decorated creations and there will be more than enough to share with friends and family!
  • Cookie Creations (Ages 7-16)

    Tasty treats, start to finish! From baking to decorating to eating! In this camp, you will bake a variety of cookies. You will learn several different techniques to decorate and embellish your cookies too! You’ll make your own frostings and learn to use frosting bags, tips, edible markers and more to create different looks. Learn various techniques including piping, cookie "painting", cookie tie dye and more! You will go home with scrumptious, decorated cookies each day. At the end of the week, you will have a collection of recipes for a wide variety of cookies and frostings, along with the ability to recreate your cookie masterpieces at home. Bring your own apron-everything else is supplied.
  • Cupcake Mania (Ages 5-10)

    This camp has been a favorite for years! You will learn all the basics and more of cupcake decorating in a super fun environment. Learn several techniques for frosting with frosting bags & tips and using an offset spatula. You will learn how to embellish cupcakes for various special occasions. Learn the art of writing a recipe on a recipe card and making your own homemade buttercream frosting. You will get to decorate cupcakes in a different theme each day. Not only that, you will get to take your own decorated cupcake creations home with you after each class to share with friends & family! Cupcake Wars, here you come! Please bring your own apron-everything else is supplied.
  • Kitchen Bootcamp 101 (Ages 11-17)

    Do you want to learn to cook beyond the boxed or frozen ready meals, hot dogs or pizza? Do you love cookies, pie or sweets? This in-depth camp will introduce and provide hands on experience in the basic skills of food and kitchen tool safety, food handling, chopping, sautéing and creating healthy meals for yourself and your families. Each morning, safety and nutrition topics will be introduced, skills will be practiced and a complete healthy meal made, which you will enjoy for lunch. The afternoon features all baked items and other homemade sweet creations that we love. On the final day you will bring home dinner and dessert for your family. Please pack a lunch for the final day as lunch will not be provided. If you took this class in the last year, the recipes have changed for this summer.
  • Kitchen Bootcamp 201 (Ages 12-18)

    Have you taken Kitchen Bootcamp 101 in the past, found it easy, and really enjoyed it? Then you may be ready for the next level. In this camp, I will introduce tools and techniques such as mandolins, instant pots, canning, grilling and multi-step recipes. We will review kitchen safety and healthy eating. We will be working in groups quickly with the multiple hot items; safety, awareness and being able to work in the kitchen comfortably is an expectation for this class. Prerequisite: Completed Kitchen Bootcamp 101

In this brand new baking camp you will embark on a journey that will tantalize your taste buds with super unique and creative flavors & delectable desserts. You will receive recipes and instruction to bake, create and decorate in class each day. You will get to be a part of the "taste test kitchen" and you will go home with your amazing treats daily to share with friends & family! Get ready for a SUGAR RUSH!   • Youth Cooking with Chef Mimi (Ages 10-18) - NEW!

    Food is a fun way to celebrate diversity and learn about other cultures. Gain practical kitchen skills and learn techniques to make several unique dishes. 1st day Learn to throw together the perfect pasta dough and how to roll and slice it into noodles and make an Alfredo sauce to smother your freshly made noodles. 2nd day we Discover the secrets to restaurant-quality egg rolls and samosas that can be made right in your own kitchen. These appetizers are jammed with flavors and a quick way to incorporate leftovers into something new and fun to eat. Make a variety of egg rolls, samosas and dipping sauces in class. 3rd day Indulge yourself in this popular Chicken Pad Thai cooking class, whose name means “Thai stir-fry.” Build an authentic Pad Thai sauce with a diverse flavors your kids would love 4th day chocolate tiramisu, classic dessert to another level with layers of creamy chocolate ganache between the milk-chocolate soaked ladyfingers and mascarpone cream. Receive a culinary diploma at the conclusion of class. Class includes all supplies and provides lunch daily.
