**Only students that were selected via auditions should register!**Mission: The mission of the middle school musical is to introduce students in the cast and crew to theatre. This includes the understanding of the process of a production and the realization that EVERY part, no matter how big or small, is essential to putting on the best performance possible! REGISTRATION AND FEESThe registration fee includes set supplies, royalty fees, advisor fees, a t-shirt for each student and more. If you are cast, you must register for CAST (NOT TECH CREW). If you are not cast, you may NOT register for the cast. You must be registered and paid by Friday, October 24th. You will not receive a script if you have not registered.No student will be prevented from participating because of financial needs. Scholarships are available so please contact Community Education at 952-226-0310 if you are in need of assistance.PRODUCTIONFrozen Jr. is presented through special arrangement with Music Theater International. All authorized performance materials are also supplied by Music Theatre International.CAST ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe responsibility of the cast is to attend rehearsals and to try their best!TIME COMMITMENTRehearsals are on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:15-3:30 pm in the Twin Oaks Auditorium. Students will only be required to attend if they are on the calendar for that day. If a student cannot make a rehearsal, please have parents send directors an email. Students will not be excused during the week of the show and the week before for tech rehearsals (2/9-2/18).IMPORTANT DATES Cast List posted October 15th on Schoology FIRST REHEARSAL ALL CAST: Monday, October 20 @ 2:15-3:30 pm in the TOMS Auditorium You MUST be present for the following days: Tech Week: Mon-Fri, February 9 to 12 from 2:15-4:30 pm EVERY DAY! (Friday inservice day TBD!) Monday-Wed, February 16 to 18 from 2:15-5:00 pm (Monday is President’s Day and we will still rehearse) Thursday, February 19 (4:00 pm Performance, students stay after school) Friday, February 20 (4:00 pm and 7:00 pm Performances, students stay after school and in between shows) Saturday, February 21 (1:00 pm and 4:00 pm Performances + Set Strike--Call time 11:30, students stay between shows)
