PROGRAM INFORMATION

Monday, September 9, 2024 - Friday, May 30, 2025

*Non-School Day Care available on 9/3, 9/4, 9/5, 9/6 and 6/2, 6/3, 6/4.

Program Locations: Edgewood and Jeffers Pond

REGISTRATION

All 2024-25 program sites are currently on a waitlist.

  • Registration for the waitlist is completed in Eleyo.
  • After submitting your contract request, you will receive an email confirmation that your registration was received. 
  • You will be contacted if a spot opens. Once you have confirmed your interest, you will receive an email confirmation that your contract has been accepted which will include your child's start date.

Registration fees are paid once per season, per contract, and are non-refundable. Payment for these fees are automated and processed when the registration has been accepted. If you withdraw your child from the program and register again in the same season, you will pay an additional registration fee. Registration Fee - $75 / child

SCHEDULE OPTIONS AND TUITION RATES

All child care contracts require a 5-day, consistent schedule, regardless of your child’s Circle of Friends preschool schedule. Your child may only attend the child care session they are registered for.  


Edgewood

Before & After (All Circle of Friends Classes)  I  6:30 AM - Circle of Friends Preschool Class - 6 PM 

  • $287.50 / week  I  Includes a light breakfast and afternoon snack

Before (Afternoon Circle of Friends)  I  6:30 AM - Circle of Friends Start

  • $150 / week  I  Includes a light breakfast

After (Morning Circle of Friends)  I  Circle of Friends End - 6 PM

  • $162.50 / week  I  Includes an afternoon snack


Jeffers Pond

Before & After (All-Day Nature Circle of Friends)  I  6:30 AM - Circle of Friends All-Day Nature Class - 6 PM 

  • $137.50 / week  I  Includes a light breakfast and afternoon snack

Before (All-Day Nature Circle of Friends or AM Half Day)  I  6:30 AM - Circle of Friends Start

  • $62.50 / week  I  Includes a light breakfast

After (All-Day Nature Circle of Friends or PM Half Day)  I  Circle of Friends End - 6 PM

  • $75 / week  I  Includes an afternoon snack

*Non-School Day Care available on 8/26, 8/27, 8/28, 9/2, 9/3, 9/4, and 9/5 (program closed on 8/29 and 9/1). Registration Required.

REGISTRATION

Priority Registration I Monday, February 3 (8 AM) - Friday, February 14 (11:59 PM) I Current families, families on the 24-25 school year waitlist, and district staff 

Open Registration I Monday, February 17 (8 AM) - until full

  • Registration is completed in Eleyo.
  • After submitting your contract request, you will receive an email confirmation that your registration was received. 
  • You will receive a second email confirmation if/when your contract is accepted.
  • If Circle of Friends and Lakers Preschool Child Care sections fill, pending registrations will move to a waitlist and families will be notified. Families will be contacted if a spot opens in both Circle of Friends Preschool and Lakers Preschool Child Care.
  • If the minimum number of registrants required in any section is not met, care may not be offered.

It was a great experience overall, both our kids loved going there and for one of my kiddos it was her first new place since her main daycare so to see her really enjoy it was great!
