Laker 3s Program Laker 3s is a program of Kids’ Company, offering full-time child care for our youngest learners. With extended hours to meet the needs of working families, the Laker 3s program offers families flexibility with a dependable 5-day schedule. Children turning age 3 by September 1, 2024 and not assigned to a Circle of Friends class can join the program at Edgewood and embark on their first experience as a Laker. SCHOOL YEAR 2023-24 All preschool program sites are currently on waitlist status. To register to the waitlist, scroll to the bottom of this page and select 'Join the Fun!'. SCHOOL YEAR 2024-25PROGRAM INFORMATION Tuesday, September 3 - Wednesday, June 4Program Locations: Edgewood REGISTRATION Priority Registration I Monday, January 22 - Wednesday, January 31 I Current families, families on the 23-24 school year waitlist, and district staff Open Registration I Thursday, February 1 - until fullAfter submitting a new contract, you will receive an email confirmation that your registration was received. You will receive a second email confirmation if/when your contract is accepted. If the Lakers 3s program fills, all pending registrations will be moved to a waitlist and families will be notified. Families will be contacted if a spot opens.If the minimum number of registrants required in any section is not met, care may not be offered.Registration fees are paid once per season, per contract, and are non-refundable. Payment for these fees are automated and processed when the registration has been accepted. If you withdraw your child from the program and register again in the same season, you will pay an additional registration fee. Registration Fee - $75 / child SCHEDULE AND TUITION All child care contracts are considered 5-day contracts, with tuition billed Monday-Friday, regardless of attendance.
