LAKER 3s Program

LAKER 3s is a program of Kids’ Company, offering full-time child care for our youngest learners.  LAKER 3s provides a dependable 5-day schedule, available as a standalone option or as an addition to a 3 year old’s Circle of Friends Preschool schedule.

Children turning age 3 by September 1 can join and embark on their first experience as a Laker. 

What Families Can Expect in Our All-Day Child Care Program

Our all-day preschool child care program is designed to support the whole child—socially, emotionally, physically, and academically—while giving families peace of mind throughout the day.


A Safe, Nurturing Environment

Children are cared for by trained, attentive staff who create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We prioritize safety, consistency, and strong relationships so children feel secure, confident, and valued.


A Balanced Daily Routine

Each day follows a predictable schedule that includes learning time, play, meals, rest, and outdoor activity. 


Play-Based, Age-Appropriate Learning

Activities support early literacy, math, problem-solving, fine and gross motor skills, and social development—all through play and exploration.


Social & Emotional Growth

Children learn to share, cooperate, communicate, and manage emotions in a supportive setting. Staff model positive behavior and guide children in building friendships and self-confidence.


Meals, Snacks, and Rest Time

A nutritious lunch is available for purchase or children can bring a packed lunch.  A light breakfast and afternoon snack are provided. Children have time to rest or nap during the day to recharge and maintain healthy routines.


Communication with Families

Families receive regular updates about their child’s day, including activities, milestones, and any important notes. We value open communication and partnership with parents and caregivers.


Preparation for the Future

Our program helps children develop the skills they need for a successful transition to preKindergarten, kindergarten, and beyond—following routines, listening, expressing ideas, and developing a love of learning.

SCHEDULE AND TUITION

All child care contracts are considered 5-day contracts, with tuition billed Monday-Friday, regardless of attendance.  

All-Day Care  I  Monday - Friday  I  6:30 AM - 6:00 PM

$288 / week  I  Includes a light breakfast and afternoon snack
