Learn steps and dances to music from your favorite popstar! Come learn to leap, turn and shine. The students will also learn warm-ups such as stretching, isolations and across the floor exercises. This class is not only fun but will improve posture, strength and flexibility in a positive and self-esteem building atmosphere. Dance is proven to not only build strong bodies but strong minds and self-esteem as well! Friends and family are invited to observe the final 15 minutes of the final class.
