Mindfulness can be a useful tool for managing mental well-being. We'll talk about what mindfulness is and is not, learn basic mindfulness skills, discuss how the skills might be helpful in managing anxiety, mood, relationships, healthy eating, and living your fullest life.

Amy D Quinn

Amy Quinn has been a mental health professional and provided therapy for over 16 years. She is trained in cognitive behavioral therapy and has assisted many people in managing emotions and increasing mindful awareness. She enjoys helping people make changes that improve the overall quality of their lives and gain a better sense of connection with themselves and others.
