Students must attend the Summer 2024 season. 

Families are required to enroll for entire week, regardless of attendance.

Registration will open Tuesday, February 13.  

• Registration is completed online in Eleyo.

• Contracts will be accepted using a lottery system.

• Accounts with past-due balances will not be considered.

Lottery Window #1

• The first registration window will be from Tuesday, February 13 - Sunday, March 17.  

• Families who register will be entered into a lottery.  

• Families selected will be notified by email on Monday, March 18.  

• Families with multiple children (contracts) will be accepted together. 

• A $25 non-refundable registration fee will be processed. 

Lottery Window #2 (if needed)

• If spots are available after the first lottery, registration will re-open for a second lottery from Monday, March 25 - Sunday, April 7. 

• Families who were selected will be notified by email on Monday, April 8.  

• Families with multiple children (contracts) will be accepted together. 

• A $25 non-refundable registration fee will be processed. 

* Families not selected will receive communication and be moved to a waitlist.

Families will be invoiced on Friday, July 26.  Payment is due Monday, July 29.  Any account that is not paid in full by end of day on Monday, July 29 will be unenrolled in the camp.  Families who choose to withdraw their contract after Monday, July 29 will forfeit any tuition paid.
