Laker Pulse Dance Team is a middle school program designed for dedicated dancers preparing for PLDT, the PLHS team. Dancers are selected through tryouts and participate in a fall performance season and a winter competition season, with a focus on jazz and kick. The team offers valuable performance opportunities in the fall and competitive experience in the winter. Laker Pulse emphasizes strong technique, performance skills, and teamwork in a positive, challenging environment—helping dancers build the confidence, discipline, and foundation needed for success at the high school level and beyond.
