  • Aqua Exercise

    Join us for an hour plus of VIGOROUS aquatics exercise! Water aerobics is beneficial for many reasons. It’s low-impact, it’s an activity that focuses on range of motion and strength building, and it’s cardiovascular exercise that can assist with weight control. No swimming skills necessary. Sign up today and experience the results for yourself! Not required, but if you have 1or 2 pound hand weights, bring them along.   • Flow (Vinyasa) Yoga (Ages 15+)

    This class connects movement to breath in a sequence of yoga poses that flow together. Both mental and physical wellness will be addressed with decreased stress and increased flexibility and strength. This class can be tailored to your own pace, so all fitness levels will benefit. However, it is recommended that students in this class are able to get up and off the floor unassisted to participate.
  • Goat Yoga (Ages 6+)

    Do you love goats? Yoga? If so, this is for you! Goats are playful, loving, stress-relieving and therapeutic animals. Join us for a healthy mind and healthy body at this one of a kind class where you will learn and practice yoga, while falling in love with a goat! (Yoga mats provided) Please wear comfortable clothing. (Ages 6-13 must register with a paying adult)

  • Intro to Yoga (Ages 15+)

    *Note: Class dates have changed. Have you ever wanted to take a yoga class, but didn’t feel comfortable? Or, do you have pain or an injury and you don’t know if yoga will hurt or help? Come and take this introductory session! The instructor is both a licensed Physical Therapist and a Registered Yoga Teacher. In this class, you will learn yoga poses and principles that can help with stress, flexibility, strength and posture. Modifications and advancements will be shown which makes this class open to all. It is recommended that participants can get up and down from the floor unassisted. Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle.
  • Men's Wednesday Night Basketball

    Adult men are welcome to come and play recreational basketball on pickup teams. It’s a great workout and builds cardiovascular efficiency. This program is on-going throughout the year. September 2023 to May 2024 (Subject to cancellation). A list of “no dates” can be requested at Wednesday Night Basketball. Drop in rate $5.

  • Shinrin Yoku - Forest Bathing (Ages 15+)

    Join us on an immersive, meditative and awe-inspiring Japanese forest bathing experience. Feel nature’s fractals, sounds and sensations reduce your stress and anxiety and enhance your focus. Give yourself permission to slow down and connect your senses to the healing beauty of our green forested spaces. Guests should wear boots/shoes, clothing/gear appropriate for weather. Walk will be held in the rain, but not thunderstorms. Please wear/bring mosquito/tick repellent and sunscreen if desired. Please bring water if you would like to have some available throughout the walk. DAY OF WALK: Please arrive at walk location 15 minutes prior to walk to allow for check in and walk overview. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated due to the immersive nature of the program. This is a TECH-FREE experience, so please leave mobile phones in car for duration of walk *The April course is free thanks to the Scott County Wellness in the Parks initiative.   • The Posture Pain Connection - NEW!

    Find out from a licensed Physical Therapist how postural awareness and targeted exercises can bring you long-lasting relief and prevention from neck, upper back and shoulder pain. This class will include education and practice of exercises and postures that can help to reverse the common forward head/rounded shoulder posture that can be developed from prolonged desk, computer, and/or electronic device use.
  • Wednesday Night Pickleball

    No Instructor: Open Play. Pickleball is a combination of badminton, ping pong and tennis. Pickleball is FUN and a great workout. Pickleball is easy to learn. A beginner can enjoy a game without formal instruction. People of all ages and athletic abilities enjoy playing pickleball. All equipment is provided, however, you can bring your own paddle if you'd like. $5 will be collected at the door.
