    In these challenging times, we often look to others for guidance - but the answers really come from within each of us. You can into this world with a core wisdom, however, in the process of making your way, you may have lost some of what you've always known. Once per month over the next 3 months, you will read from contemporary spiritual leaders who will provide you with tools to tap into that core wisdom and help you recapture it and build a strong foundation that will withstand any of the pressure of daily living. Discussion will surround key teachings in cooks written by selected authors include The Secret by Rhoda Byrne and The Power of Now by Eckart Tolle and how to apply them in your own life. Each session will end with a brief meditation. 
  • Baby Massage (Baby NB-6 mos. w/Adult) - NEW!

    Healthy nurturing touch is a building block in the foundation of a healthy family. Newborn massage enhances binding, improves sleep patterns, circulation, digestion and elimination. Giving your baby a daily massage soothes and decreases stress and it helps heal birth trauma. With your baby (or baby doll) parents/guardians learn the 15 gentle massage strokes, early infant communication, baby time out signals, comfort techniques and when not to massage your baby. The Baby's First Massage booklet ($7) will be used during class and it included in tuition. Please bring a small blanket to swaddle and keep baby warm during lessons and a blanket or mat to use on the floor. Attendees may use a table or the floor during lessons. Siblings and grandparents are encouraged to attend. Siblings may bring a baby doll to follow along during the lessons.     Dancers who know the basics are ready to move forward. Review the Foxtrot and Waltz, add the zig-zag and spiral and continue with practice routines. For whatever reason, we took some time off or recently went through a stressful, busy time (the holidays) where we slipped up on our workout routine and healthy lifestyle. This class is designed to effectively reset the muscles that have not received much attention lately. The 55-minute class will include a mixture of upper and lower body exercises; core-work, stretching and weekly discussion on healthy eating to get you on the right track to a healthier you!
